The Blue Marlin is a beautifully renovated penthouse condo, second row from the beach in a low-rise building with elevator access and shared community pool. There are only two units on the penthouse floor. Enjoy breathtaking views from the living room, large balcony, and primary bedroom. The balcony features a large dining table, sofa, and lounge chairs - perfect for eating meals and watching Myrtle Beach's gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Each bedroom has its own En-suite bathroom, along with 55-inch Smart TV. The living room boasts a custom dining table, pull-out sofa, game table, and workstation with monitor. There is an in-unit laundry room with washer/dryer. Primary bedroom and one secondary bedroom have pull-outs for additional beds. Located within a 15-to-20-minute walking distance are several restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, souvenir shops, and miniature golf.
Additional Information:
Fully equipped and stocked kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker. Linens and bathroom towels will be provided, along with starter toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, and bath soaps. Shared laundry detergent, dishwasher liquid, and soaps will be provided. Please bring your own beach towels. A limited number of beach towels will be available in primary bedroom closet if you leave one behind. For your convenience, a washer/dryer unit is located in the unit laundry room, along with a drying rack. Several beach toys and chairs are available for use in the first-floor storage room. Highchair and Pack and Play available in unit.

Checking In
Check-In Time: 4PM EST or Later (Keyless Keypad Entry)
Check-Out Time: 10AM EST or Earlier
Host will contact guest within 24 hours of check in to provide check-in instructions for The Blue Marlin. Door code to be provided prior to check-in at 4pm. No early check-in or late check-out will be permitted, to allow adequate time for cleaning before your arrival. Guests should notify owners immediately of any issues encountered upon check-in (and any time thereafter) and permit timely host entry to address any concerns. Guest agrees to permit owner/HOA/repair staff immediate entry to address safety concerns (including monthly pest control services scheduled by Homeowners Association).

The Blue Marlin is used by the property owners as their family beach home. The owners enjoy the charm of the neighborhood, close proximity to the beach across the street, and gorgeous ocean views. They especially love watching Myrtle Beach's unbeatable sunsets from the balcony each evening. Owners look forward to sharing the charm of their home, The Blue Marlin, with others visiting the area

Blue Marlin Condominium Rules
- Signed Rental Agreement and valid ID required within 24 hours of booking request to finalize and confirm booking.
- Security Deposit of $500 will be collected by credit card a few days prior to check in - required within 48hrs of check-in or booking may be cancelled without warning or refund
- Minimum rental age 18
- Maximum of 8 adults aged 18 or over, or up to 10 total guests with children less than 18 years of age
- No pets permitted in unit, on patio, or on site. Owners have severe allergies, complex has strict pet restrictions
- Quiet Time enforced 9PM until 8AM daily. Please respect other building guests by maintaining appropriate volumes and respectful behavior inside the unit at all times
- No Parties/Events/Gatherings allowed at any time
- No additional guests permitted above the maximum of 8 Adults (10 guests total with children < 18 yo), at any time
- Pool Hours 8AM - 10PM. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK, NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY. Children must be accompanied by adult. Appropriate attire required, No loud music or drunken/disruptive behavior, No glass or glass bottles permitted on deck or in pool. Infants/small children must wear appropriate swim diapers or be potty trained
- No grilling or fires/candles/FIREWORKS/flammable oils or fluids allowed inside unit or on site:
- No grilling inside of unit or on patio, or on property. Property does not permit grilling.
- No smoking/vaping/cannabis use inside of unit or on patio or entryway to unit. Tobacco products may not be discarded on property or in common areas. Follow stated building regulations as noted on property signage when outside of unit
- Firearms not permitted on property or on-site, concealed or otherwise
- No Illicit drug use on site or inside of unit, including no drunken or disruptive behavior
- No inappropriate or illicit use of internet or Wi-Fi
- Property may not be used for purposes of business generation or for sale of products or services.
- Hanging of laundry or clothing/swimsuits/towels on the outdoor patio is prohibited by property rules
- External outdoor safety cameras must not be disconnected/ moved/ covered/ blocked/ tampered with/ removed
- Failure to abide by house rules may result in fines and immediate eviction without refund
